A new budget device was unvieled by Samsung. Android device which is packed with a tiny 3 inch casing, this is the the Samsung Galaxy Y.
This looks like an upgrade of the Galaxy Mini, with a QVGA 230 by 320 resolution. This phone is said to run on Android 2.3 and will be coming out soon. We best be on a look out for that.
