Now, assuming that it is already activated, first thing that you need to do is compose a message on your phone,  select create an MMS your cellphone, attach the image that you want to be uploaded, instead of typing in the number of your recepient, type in the email address, for you are sending this message to an website. Send the message to mobile@facebook.com. After that is done, wait for a confirmation message that will associate your Facebook account with your mobile phone number.
