Just this morning AT&T announced that the smarthphone from Huawei which is Implulse 4G and the one from AT&T's which is "4G" will be avialable on September 18 for around 29.99 USD.
Impulse 4G is said to be a 3.8 inch phone, and running on Android 2.2. With the usual 5MP autofocus. Plus a video player that plays videos at 720p.
